The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. Lovely and healthy breakfast choices. Immaculate and lovely bathroom with an amazing shower. Great location with walking distance to main sites, restaurants, and bars.

Staying here was a great experience. I loved the location in a quiet neighborhood, away from the buzz of the city. The staff is very polite and friendly, especially those on the night shift. The room service was excellent, and the continental breakfast offered was satisfactory. I also appreciated the availability of free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle, as well as the cleanliness of the room.

If you're looking for a place to stay with a great breakfast selection, this venue might not be your best option. However, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel provided convenient late-night airport transport and helpful staff. Clean rooms and great location near shops, vendors, and the port. Budget-friendly. Friendly and patient receptionist who arranged tours and provided helpful information. Lovely terrace with Galata Tower view.

I had a fantastic stay at Triada Hotel Karakoy. The location was ideal, close to both Karakoy and Tophane tram stations, making it easy to explore the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, with so many tourist attractions nearby. It was surrounded by charming little streets with cute decorations and plenty of coffee shops to choose from. We could easily walk to the trams and ferry stations, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly and polite, always willing to answer our questions and provide assistance. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice shower and bathroom facilities.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with many stores within a 100m radius. You can easily access popular tourist attractions like Misir Carsisi and Aya Sofia. the hotel is conveniently located near the Galata bridge.

It is a bit inconvenient that the reception is located in another building, which can be difficult when carrying luggage.
